Everything was great
1/2 fish dead one doesn’t glow
I received one that doesn’t glow three more pasted away with in 24 hours. I float acclimated along with following that with drip acclimated with water from my tank that was already established. So basically I bought eight and have four left would not recommend better chances of success buying from petco or petsmart
Tiger Barb Deluxe Set
The delivery experience was seamless and pretty quick even ordering late Wednesday they still arrived by Friday Morning. Came with food and easy instructions for first time set up. Set of 8, 2 Green, 3 Red and 3 Orange. The 3 orange were half the size of the rest of the bunch so hopefully they do grow. Unfortunately even with the proper set up, temperature and feeding, 1 green one died day 3 and the other green one died day 4. Hoping the rest remain strong they seem to be fine but once again unfortunately down 2 of the 8 within the first week.

Tiger barbs
The barbs were larger and healthier than I expected! One was bullying my other fish so badly that I decided to put him in my outdoor pond with the goldfish (I live in Florida) and much to my surprise, it is thriving! A testament to the health of the fish! Thank you!

I received my tiger barbs back in February and they are all still thriving!! I love this addition to my tank and will soon be ordering more! Very happy

first time to order tiger glo fishes, and they all died within a week:(. Very upset and dont know should I replace them? or buy regular glofish

That order was good but I ordered more fish and they all were dead I have tried to contact the support team but how does it not heard back?

Barbs
One looked a little beat up. It looked like it had a transparent hole that had healed from a previous accident. It died a day after it arrived. But the others looked very healthy and are doing great.

I love the glow fish, but two of my tiger barbs was dead
One DOA fish, no response from support
I ordered an 8 bag, and a shark from glofish.com. The delivery was quick and seamless, and almost all of the fish arrived in good spirits! One was on life support when I opened the box, and didn't last the night despite my best efforts. The rest of the fish have been thriving in their new tank. I reached out to support for them to honor the 14 day guarantee for the one that didn't make it, and have yet to receive a response a week later. Taking points off for lack of support despite their guarantees and paperwork included with the fish that state otherwise.
