Came with a fungus

Ordered 4 sharks 6 glo fish all died with 24hrs. This 10 fish resulted in killing all the fish in my tank. The only reason I am doing a review is how awesome the customer service department is. They are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your help.

Great fish!!

Packaging is excellent so all fish arrived alive and in good condition.

I loved them! I was a little sad,the pink ones didn't have the long fancy fins like in the advertisement.

First time buyer went wrong

It was not a satisfying experience. Once it arrived one of tetra died then the next day 3 more tetras died. They also gave me 4 5 long fins tertasnwhen I ordered tulip tetras with short fins. Then the 3rd day I saw all of them have ich/ick white spot parasites on their fins. I don’t know how they take care of their fishes but they certainly don’t seem healthy fishes. They did refund me the 4 dead tetras. That was good on their end. Sorry to say I won’t order from glofish again.

I was a little skeptical about getting fish through the mail, however all six fish arrived alive and are doing well. I would definitely order more fish from Glofish when the time comes
