Unfortunately, my tetras didn’t make it, but my danios are thriving and happy! Customer service helped me out almost immediately and are replacing my tetra babies. 10/10 would purchase again from here!

Awesome buy but…..

All 8 Arrived alive and was well packaged. After acclimating them they seemed fine and feed them with no issues. Woke up the next morning and found 1 Blue Danio floating upside down. Guessing it was due to stress. Purchased them on June 5th and as of June 20th the remaining 7 are still active with no issues. I made 2 more purchases already.

I’ve placed a few orders and have been pleased with each one. A single fish from one of those orders was DOA. The replacement was included in a subsequent order. I trust the quality of glofish.com over my local big box pet store.

Very professional

I've ordered tropical fresh water fish before from different places online, and some fish didn't survive the shipping. These folks paid attention to what weather conditions would be like before shipping and all 8 of 8 fish survived. Great job. Highly recommend.

My Moonlight Collection had a flight delay due to bad weather, so they arrived about 16 hours later than expected. They arrived happy and healthy! And those little danios brought so much life to my tank! And the blue tetras were so little and they are just adorable! I am very, very happy with my purchase, and would definitely order from Glofish again!

Fast Shipping and Great Value

The fish that weren't deformed and that survived the trip are doing well. I live 75 miles away from any pet store so it's a great to be able to order fish online, and no other company uses as nice of a styrofoam box for the fish. I would like it if they would put different fish species in separate bags. I got mollies, a gourami, and the moonlight collection all in one bag and it really stressed them out (lost one molly even). Customer service is excellent and I will for sure order again when the time comes.

Pretty much says it all. Fish seem to be healthy happy and very less stressed than if I brought them home from a pet store myself. Surprisingly great experience overall. I was a bit skeptical at first.

Mixed up shipping

Shipped next day but apparently my apartment number was left off so there was a huge delay. Never got my notification because no apartment number. I emailed immediately, just like they said to do. I got this email requesting a review before I got any contact from the company. Basically out $70. Highly discourage you from ordering here
